I have not played or even tried to play poker since the new act went into effect. I went into cakepoker and tried to sit at a real money table and it let me...I was surprised....why is this since the act took effect over a month ago! Also...does Neteller still except buy in/deposits from poker sites?

The best thing to do with any online gaming site you wish to play at....is to contact their support before you deposit. The allowed list is different for each site. As far as netelleris concerned they do still accept some states.

Neteller has officially stopped taking my prepaid Visa/debit card. The only way I can use Neteller now is thru my bank acct. and I'm not sure if I want to start that. I loved the prepaid cards because it makes you stay within your budget. I'm sure fellow gamblers know what I'm talking about...Good Luck everybody!!!

I live in WA, one of the first US states to pull the plug and I still use Neteller no problems. They say on their site they will continue to do so untill further notice. I wouldn't see them changing anything untill some kind of enforcement of the law becomes clear.
