    Default Microgaming Loyalty System!!!

    Hi,

I have noticed that my GoWild Casino loyalty points are "growing" very slowly.
Last night I made a deposit and played for about 8-12 hours straight.
Betting from $0.25 to $12 at a time. Lost it at the end. Figured I had a lots of points, so i can redeem them...
When I checked my loyalty points it was 461. Hah? About a month ago when I checked it was about 370. So I only earned aprox. 100 points?
Well I contacted support about it. Here is transcript of the chat:

Please, let me know what You think about that....I always thought that Comps are automaticly calculated and added by Microgaming. I guess not.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You are now chatting with Roxanne
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Roxanne: Hello and welcome to GoWild
Roxanne: Roxanne is here for you
Roxanne: How may I assist you Henry
    Me: Hello
Me: I can not see any comp points that I earned
    Me: last night
Roxanne: You mean loyalty points Henry
    Me: yes
Me: I wagered hundreds of dollars and was expecting a lots of comps
Me: but i can hardly see the change
Roxanne: OK I will check everything for you
    Roxanne: Be right back
Roxanne: I will check everything just for your information you get 1 point for every 10 chip bet
Me: how much did wager last night total?
Me: i mean since i made a deposit?
    (long pause...)
    Roxanne: I'm back Henry
Roxanne: Henry this wild points are only for slots
Roxanne: And you haven't played slots at all
Roxanne: GoWild Casino | Wild Points
    Me: yes i did
Me: Double magic, Triple magic, Thunderstruck, Galaxy grab
Me: Cashpillar, Jurassic Jackpot, Tally Ho, Gold City....Couch Potatoe...
    Me: and others
Roxanne: Henry yes you did, but very little in comparison to other games for that day
Roxanne: You can much more in details view your transaction history and loyalty points in yellow my account button in software
Roxanne: And you can see what you played, how much was betted for slots only and how many points you received
Me: no i can not see
Me: that is why I am asking You
Me: how many points did i have before i started playing last night
Me: I would like to compare to what I have now
    Me: and my game history
Me: I played for hours on the slots first
Roxanne: Oh that ,there is no option to see that
    Roxanne: We need to calculate
    Me: ty
Roxanne: Henry I just finished calculating with my manager and we compensated your playing with 200 loyalty points
Roxanne: I apologize for any inconvenience
    Me: yes
Roxanne: I wish you best of luck in your future endeavours
    Roxanne: See you soon
Me: also, I've seen in a Loyalty manager section said that for every $100 on a video poker you get 1 point
Roxanne: Yes but we always suggest to play slots because you finish faster wagering requirements and you acumulate faster points
Roxanne: It was a pleasure in assisting you Henry
Roxanne: We are here for you 24/7
Roxanne: If you ever need anything just give us a ring a ding ding
    Roxanne: bye

I can see how you might feel that way had she actually said that but,
Nope eejj she said "just give us a ring a ding ding" Like she was mimicking the phone, maybe. I don't think she was being rude. She just can't sound like a phone that's all.

Now me, I call my friends ding dongs all the time in fun. You know they are those chocolate cake cream filled very tasty Hostess Cup Cakes. I love em! Just like I love my friends. So it seems to me that ding dong fits just perfect.

She was just trying to be friendly or cute, the way I read it. I read it over like 5 times from the second green smiley. Some people are just more personable than others. I would rather talk to someone who is more comfortable and not so structured and frigid. Obviously in your part of the world you have never heard or said anything like "give me a ring later" or "We are just a ring a ding ding away" or meaning "We are just a phone call away". Either way say's the same thing. I mean if she were an executive secretary for congress or something ya it would have been inappropriate but not in casino chat for Christ sake.

    Default Hey

    Thanks for the input guys.

I just want to say, that what upset me is not the Ring Ding part. It did upset me is the fact, that she would make statements that she had to be corrected on so many things. If I was not sure I would have believed whatever she was telling me. The worst thing is , that by crediting the points they did admit that system did not credit automatically as is it should have.
If I would be a manager of the casino, that would concern me that the Microgaming software not working properly.
We talking about money that people put in and do not get paid as they assuming they would.
and let me say that is a LOT of money to wager to get $10 back.

    Comps conversion goes as follows:

    2000 points= $10
For ever $10 wagered on traditional slots you get 1 point
for every $100 on video poker you get 1 point

That means that to get $10 back one has to wager
$20,000 on slots or $200,000 on video poker

Unless my math is off , this is a lot .....So now understand why I got upset when she told me:

" Roxanne: Henry this wild points are only for slots
Roxanne: And you haven't played slots at all"

but when I started naming them she said:

"Roxanne: Henry yes you did, but very little in comparison to other games for that day"

I kept insisting that I should have more points, cause I played Slots first for a good 6 hours the, her response was :

"Roxanne: We need to calculate "

After about 5 minutes she came back and said:

"Roxanne: Henry I just finished calculating with my manager and we compensated your playing with 200 loyalty points
Roxanne: I apologize for any inconvenience
Roxanne: I wish you best of luck in your future endeavours
    Roxanne: See you soon"

Before she had a chance to say " bye" I responded to the comment she made earlier "Roxanne: Henry this wild points are only for slots":

"Me: also, I've seen in a Loyalty manager section said that for every $100 on a video poker you get 1 point"

    she simply replied:
"Roxanne: Yes but we always suggest to play slots because you finish faster wagering requirements and you accumulate faster points"

    and left the chat....
