    no i knows it their computer cuz it happen before. when it goes to open a new window from a site it just opens a blank screen. i dont now how to fix it

    I've had a loading issue before. Make sure your flash player or Java are updated.

    hey use mozilla firefox that helped me when i was using explorer and it wouldnt come up. i bet that will solve your problem
