Pokerworld is the place the freeroll is at. Do you need like a link to the site? It's under the freeroll section says

They hold em during the day and at 9:00 PM. I'll have to get the times for earlier games tomorrow. It's off the cake network but pokerworld is the network it's on.

Ok so far the times for the practice games are

9:00 AM
1:00 PM
4:00 PM
9:00 PM

might be some other times too but those are the ones running today.

Hey.. these ´practice games is just waste of time.
U will encounter so many donks.
Thats not worth it..
On aspinals poker they have a much better freeroll if you like.
100$ and only 200-300 players..
