Here is the thing about odds. No matter how many times you ask for AA your are 220 to 1 to get it in a hand. Odds are never cumulative, rather the same for each occurrence no matter how often you sample it. If I ask for AA 220 times in a row, I should get them once, but that doesn't mean I will not get them more than that. Basically every time I ask for AA I'm looking at 220 to 1 odds, no matter if it's the first time or the 220th time.

This also holds true for every player at the table. If you think your opponent is on a flush draw and you have the nut flush draw you are both chasing 7 outs to improve so you both have the exact same odds of hitting the flush, however, you are the favorite to win that hand because even if he hit's his flush you are chasing the same flush draw with the nut hand.
