Write the tow company as soon as possible by certified mail stating
that you are not responsible for said vehicle including a copy of paperwork and release of liability. Use strong words not to attempt to contact you again. They can send you to collections and if they do then you have 30 dyas to dispute the claim. You do the same thing again and it should all go away.
