i would and shall agree with that whole heartedly but i will remain with my angry mob comment as well. there really isnt much sense in the mob running the newbies into a corner with the comments that i read in this thread. no he shouldnt have disrespected the site if he was interested in being a member. that much i should say is a given. but maybe (and i am not disrespecting you, but making a comment) just maybe the thread should have been closed before the mob began to rally around with pitch forks, tar and feathers. it is just that it makes someone who is less confident or self applied, more than a little intimidated. just my observation is all. and about all i have to say on the matter. oh yes and so far this is a great site. and i have seen many names i have seen else were so that in itself says volumes too me.most of thoise names having what i shall cal la very good and respected standing in the poker forum world.

I'm not sure there would be any sense in allowing people to criticize the forum and then close the thread before anyone has a chance to respond...

The reason we all responded the way we did is because the member clearly did not spend any time learning about how the forum works before he decided to make a public post criticizing it.

I will never allow people to make baseless claims and then close the thread without allowing people to respond.

yes that is a good point. and a fine honorable manner of fairplay. i am just possibly...... (i say that with a grin) a slight bit over the top when it comes to mob behaviors. so i shall say could just be my issue and not really a common view most new members might have.

but just for the sake of options they could always create a new thread addressing the issue if it really is that offensive to them. hmmmmmmmm maybe the answer for my own self in a nutshell. yes yes very well could be
