Bay 101 folds of the tournament

I just got finished watching the WPT Bay 101 shootout where Steve Brecher
beat Kathy Liebert heads up to win his 1st title.
The hand that got both players there was with 4 players left.
Steve has J9 diamonds, Tony has 44, Kathey has A3 diamonds.
The flop comes 4d Kd 10h, Kathey bets 110,000 with 600,000 chips left.
Steve calls and Tony raises 390,000 more.
Fold Fold WOW
The rabbit showed another 4 on the turn.
Both folders went on to finish 1-2

Folding is the best play in poker obviously.

How many of you would have pushed harder or called?

I am sure I would have, if I were Kathy being short stacked.

I saw some of the early days of the tourney at Bay 101 and was eagerly waiting for it to be televised on FSN aka CSN in the bay area. It was on saturday and sunday. I woulda pushed allin with Kathy's nut flush draw and would have went broke.

That other huge 2 million bluff by Tony was very reckless. Kathy basically had the nuts and she was happy to receive free chips.

Kathy shud know that Tony squeezing with a marginal hand is unlikely, she isnt getting pot odds to chase the flush, and she more than likely has 5 or 6 or 7 outs max.

As for the J9 diamonds..... id maybe push over on that flop. Flush draw, gutshot, runner runner 2 pair, runner runner other end of the straight.... meh. Tough

it was all good folds.....kathy folding b/c she had to know two of her outs were gone when the first guy bets and tony snapped calls....she has to be thinking a set or two diamonds....as far as the first to raise he knew he was beat!! a three bet to your raise is screaming set special final four people to go
