Hi Hydrotrip!!! I like the way you think and your name too. There is nothing better than living close to a beach, complete free therapy everyday. All your problems seem to go away when you're at the beach. As far as owning a restaurant, I hope it's in your blood to do it. My husband, Tony, is a General Manager of Chili's and in the next couple of years a managing partner. He loves it. If you don't love it, you will get burned out.
