I would venture to say that Tom Dwan has reasonable understanding of HU (yes in a cash game setting) or he wouldnt lay 3:1 on 1.5m to any player in the world except Phil Galfond. As of just recent, he has nearly pulled out of 500K deficit he was stuck with PA in a session no more than 3hrs in duration. They are playing pot limit, so the swings are inevitable, I'm just excited that after 16K hands dealt, its still dice :P

yeah durr is good HU in cash situtaions but in a mtt setting he has no chance. durr vs antonius was epic on FT. any one ever watch them. i watched a few times. im not sure if they are still doing it but the amount of hands they play was ridiculous. durr is a great cash player but i have never seen him do any good in a tourney . im rooting for eejit. goo eejit i got a nice warm sheep awaiting u that i will send ups red if u win. lol its got a lot of space for u to lay in.

Im thinking its gonna be too close for that much skill to come into it.

No offence to anyone else, but i have ALOT of respect for cowboy, due to his posts on here. In the span of 2 months, he is the only person i thanked for a hand analysing post.

I'm looking forward to the match. It will be a really good match. May the best (or luckiest) poker player win.

(I'm pretty sure it's going to swing on one of us getting lucky against the other.)

I don't know your opponent Phil but I would put my money on you. I think you are knowledgeable with poker and you give great advice for free. Good luck hun!

question... on a scale of 1, to a 100 where does skill fall and on the same scale where does luck fall or is there no seperation in a heads up game??
