chip buy in at ndn

say the chip buy in for a tourny at a site that has ndn tourny is 300 chips and a person only has 200 chips could he or she buy in and start with say half of what everyone else has??

The games we have are set up by PDC in a normal tourney way. You dont enter a $3 buyin with $1.50 and get 750 chips instead do you. Makes no sense.

Plus passwords can only be bought from the shop, along with everything else, if you have the chips available in your account before you click "Purchase"

somthing you said and it probaly is in the forum if the carbon games are cash value of the chips can someone buy chips with usd or trade from thier carbon acct. for chips at ndn??
