haha yes i know and the thing is i totaly can read these ppl live......its just i make a play at then where they should fold 2-3 pair or a high or king high and they are still calling lol....funny to watch ppl reshove 99 when they have a raise and a reshove infront of them tho haha...of corse i was the reshove with kings and they spike their 9 on the river

i agree with bar poker. i played some in arizona and man people ge tto drinking and they call with all kinds of crap. they have no logic when they call or raise or anything. pretty senseless poker if u ask me. well any ways u will get her next time.

Dont know where to begin. First off Eej is right, dont know how you raise with 79 in any position... this game must have been the worst freeroll ever with the way youre describing the play. I had to reread it twice because when i saw freeroll and live int he same sentence i was baffled. I think im so used to online freerolls that the thought of a live one scares me. Secondly, I would call anything that happened even palying, or outplaying. It seems like the tournament you're talking about is just an excuse to get people into the bar, and no one cares about playing good poker. Honestly, and i think im very impartial to this, people that are playing poker just to pass the time, or because they have ridiculous amounts of money, irritates me more than anything else. This game you're talking abuot sounds like a crap shoot; a buncha old ladies throwing chips into a pot and hoping it comes out good for them.... and as for the reads... its hard to read someone when they're unaware of what they have, or when theyll call you no matter what :-/. I say stick to decent size buy-ins and sites or locations with quality players, and you'll REALLY see what getting outplayed is. You werent outplayed, because it doesnt even seem like you were playin poker !

I did that yesterday and my 99 held up for a change vs AK.
My reward for all the 99's that beat my Big Skick in the past.
