When is the best time to change gears in a game?

You have played tight and are now representing yourself as a tight player to
the other players. When do you make your move? When do you start making plays at the blinds and stealing pots?

I think a lot depends on the table dynamics and the play style of those around you. I'm not sure there necessarily is any set threshold for changing gears, but there might be. Of course your chip stack is an important factor, once you get down to like 10 or less big blinds it's time to push-bot. But that's a pretty obvious one I think. I do think a lot of it does depend on table dynamics though, and those you just have to be observant and vigilant about.
