What do you do to handle fatigue during a long tournament?

Eejit uses an unlimited supply of addrenaline to handle his fatigue.
I don't have so much. Can I buy some?

I find that no matter what day it is, I can only play 6 hours of really solid
poker after that my bed is calling and it show in my play.

My trick is to squeeze 3-4 tourneys in - in that time frame.

I think 9 hrs would kill me! 10 minutes after the third break I am going "Good God isn't it break time yet!" I would love to hear how some of you long haulers handle it. I played about 8 hours last night, but they were all small tourneys so I had time between. And I was still dead when I quit.
