    Default HELP, money withdraw problem.

    Hello, I just whent to my bank to check out my withdraw I made from moneybookers with the transaction ID on hand. The manager said I have to have a receipted from the moneybookers transaction. But if all is eletronic.
    So, what should I say to moneybookers?
    That I whant the receipted created on the transaction?
    Would that be enought for than to undestand?

    just tell moneybooker u need a copy of yout last trasnaction and then print it out. thats all.

    I think thats what I had to do.
    They sended me this info:
    0 /VWZ:TRN ID 154197391 MONEY BOOKERS/FBB:USD47,51/FUK:1, /FAG:MONEYBOOKERS LTD/FAG:ASHLEY ROAD N17 9LN /FAG:LONDON/*FUR:AZMA9149053 89400/FCC:BR

    I tought my bank could see where the money was with that.
    But they said they cant.
    What would this *FUR: number stands for? I Tought that with this number my bank could track the money. gonna whait now.

    Now what?
    My bank need that paper but they cant provide me!!! thats ridiculous.

    Phone them up and get them to email you a receipt. Yell alot.

    I still got problem with mooneybookers.
    They dont whant to acept my return to my account...
    I have sent many emails for than... and nothing...
    They always ask me for documents, I send than and nothing...
    I think I will not try anymore...
    ....
