Explain Rep points

I'm still not sure how rep power works as far as your length of membership, as freeringo has a ton more rep points than I do and joined the forums after me. But I'm sure all will be explained eventually, and NDN will come up with a final system that is fair to all of us.

He has more rep points as ive repped him and i havent you yet.
