its not even about credit cards and all that it is about taxing it. the US couldnt do it because all servers are based off shore. how are u gonna go after someone that is not in there jurisdiction. look at the 2 guys from neteller or was it paradise. they were the owners and they got busted coming to the US on there way to there vacation homes in malibu. well ill tell u this when the neteller thing all hapopened i lost alot on there. i didnt ge tpaid and when they said they would release funds my funds mysteriously disappeared. same with the cash i had on paradise. they say its a criminal enterprise.
