Thumbs up The Theory of Karma

Karma is the law of moral causation. The theory of Karma is a fundamental doctrine in Buddhism. This belief was prevalent in India before the advent of the Buddha. Nevertheless, it was the Buddha who explained and formulated this doctrine in the complete form in which we have it today.

What is the cause of the inequality that exists among mankind?
Why should one person be brought up in the lap of luxury, endowed with fine mental, moral and physical qualities, and another in absolute poverty, steeped in misery?
Why should one person be a mental prodigy, and another an idiot?
Why should one person be born with saintly characteristics and another with criminal tendencies?
Why should some be linguistic, artistic, mathematically inclined, or musical from the very cradle?
Why should others be congenitally blind, deaf, or deformed?|
Why should some be blessed, and others cursed from their births?

Either this inequality of mankind has a cause, or it is purely accidental. No sensible person would think of attributing this unevenness, this inequality, and this diversity to blind chance or pure accident.

In this world nothing happens to a person that he does not for some reason or other deserve. Usually, men of ordinary intellect cannot comprehend the actual reason or reasons. The definite invisible cause or causes of the visible effect is not necessarily confined to the present life, they may be traced to a proximate or remote past birth.

According to Buddhism, this inequality is due not only to heredity, environment, "nature and nurture", but also to Karma. In other words, it is the result of our own past actions and our own present doings. We ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate.

This is to help Eejit realize himself better.
Interesting little hints are taking place as we talk about this subject right now.
It is time to notice every little thing that happens to you right now Eejit.
This subject came up for a purpose and I believe that purpose is YOU.

A short story that migt help.

13 years ago I was traveling some 300 miles to visit family for Thanksgiving.
We were so broke that year and had a beat up Datsun 310 and $44 in my pocket for gas to get home. I got off the freeway 280 at Saratoga ave and waited at the signal. I saw a scruffy looking man with a cardboard sign which said "Homeless" on it. So I rolled down my window for some reason, which I never do and gave the fellow $4. My wife said " what did you do that for?" I don't know why, I was just compelled to do it, a whim.
On the way home we stopped for gas and when I reached in my pocket,
    I had $540 now. Wow.
I found out later that my Dad slipped into my pocket without me seeing noticing.
    Karma you ask?
Would I have gotton the money even if I hadn't given that man $4?
    Probally
Would I have given him money if I was not first in line at the signal?
    NO
My point is this: If you believe in your own ability to create your own heaven, then heaven will be your playground.
I practice this belief daily with positve visualization.
Some of you are lost now, I know.
Example: Tiger Woods will tell you this as well. Before a golf hole, if you visualize yourself doing well on the hole, you will likely hit good shots.
However, if you have negative thoughts about the hole, you a doomed to do poorly.
The same principles apply to poker and your everyday life.
If you believe good things will happen to you, they will.
Even when things go bad for you, there's a reason and that reason may not be understandable to you at that moment, but if your Karma is good, you will be much better off than you were before.
    Know you are asking,
How do I know if my Karma is good or Bad?

    Enter Ego

You must quit living in your ego. Thinking about how you are suppose to feel and act is bad for you. When you do this, you are cutting off your emotions and living in your Ego. Most people don't even realize they are like this untill they have had a traumatic event in their lives. EMOTION = Energy in motion
If your Energy is not moving, it will lead to all kinds of health problems as well.
You have to learn to FEEL correctly to really be in tune with your Karma.

How do I do this you ask?

The simplest way I have found is to live the TRUTH.
Always tell the truth and it will set you FREE.

Once you have lived for awhile out of EGO and learn to express your emotions
properly, then all of this will make more since.

    ENLIGHTEN UP EVERYBODY

It's a great place to be.

Default How did I get here?

You might be wondering how I learned all this?

In my 20's, I was an outside sales rep for 6 years. I was the biggest bull ****ter there was. I would tell you anything you wanted to hear. I liked to brag about myself to others. Problem was, I didn't like myself for who I was.
I knew this was not that inner child I wanted to be. I decided to travel for a few years and got into some trouble with the law and ended up in the mountains at a friends house looking for a couch to crash on. My friend and girlfriend had 3 kids and a huge drug problem. I took care of her kids (not his)
like they were mine. I golfed for free almost everyday on my friends dime.
I sold everything I owned, but I was starting to feel happy. Strange!
Then one day my friend left his girlfriend and demanded that I leave with him.
We drove 10 miles deeper into the mountains to a hot chicks house we knew and my friend had the hots for. We were in the hot tub and things started getting a little strange. very strange. My friend is hitting on this chick while her boyfriend is there and her roomate who was 40 years older than her was there too. I found out later that the old man was doing her too.
My friend is oblivious to the tension he is causing and sends me out to his car for smokes. Instead of getting them, my heart was saying run. My ego had loyalty to my friend and all that he did for me. But my heart made me keep walking. I walked back to my adopted family and later moved out and got my own place. I found out the next day that 1 hour I left, the old man shot himself in the head right in front of everyone.
I later started dating my friends ex girlfriends best friend and we moved out of the area and made a new start where we are now. We are now happily married and have a wonderful child.

All of these events had a purpose.
I had no job when I started dating Vicki and she was on welfare with 2 kids
giving all her money to rent 2 bedrooms from a friend of hers. I then was approached by a hippie lady neighbor who I had gotten to know when I was taking care of the 3 kids. She offered me a job as a caregiver for a stroke victim. I was good at it and really help bring Jerry back to good health.
I can still remember the smile on his face when I took him on a train ride.
I moved in with Vicki and her 2 kids and after 2 weeks of living with her roomate house owner, I split. I found a trailer to live in for $275 a month and
a week later Vicki showed up with her 2 kids, her dog and all her stuff and pregnant with my Mary.
This trailer was the kind you put on the back of a pick-up. Tiny!!!!
After watching my new landlords go insane over drugs, We moved to Plumas county. I got a job at a golf course and we lived in a tent at a friends property. Vicki was miserable being 5 month pregnant and we even had 13 puppies in our tent 1 night. We couldn't find a place to rent and it was June.
My friend Grant's landlord kicked us out in 3 weeks. I then drove Vicki and the kids and dog and puppies back to Santa Cruz mountains and had her stay with her mom while I worked and looked for a place to live. I then lived in a tent 2 miles behind the golf course next to a creek for the rest of the summer. In September, I was driving around Portola and I noticed a small house for rent. I went up to the house and a man was painting the inside.
I enquired about the place and rented to me right there for the $900 i had in my pocket. No contract, just a hand shake. WE lived there for 6 years before we bought our own house $80,000 and then 5 more years we sold it for $125,000 profit. I didn't even have a job when I bought that house, I gave up on it because I didn't think I would qualify. Then I got a call from the owner a few weeks later and he said he would drop the price $10k more.
I had no credit at all and no job (seasonal). So I apply for a JCPenny card and a secured mastercard at my credit union. I apply for a home loan and the guy I was dealing with was a complete baffoon. GREAT I contacted
another lender and told him about my situation and he told me to get a business liscense ($60) and he can do a stated income loan. WHAT?
So I said I expected to make $24000 next year. I made $14000 the year before. The loan went through and in 1 month I landed an outside contract as Facilities Operations Manager at WhiteHawk Ranch Golf Courses CSD.
I just hit it off with the the guy doing the interview. They even paid for me to train as a pool technician. I did that for 4 years and then got under bidded by the Water District on site. I was so bummed, but I had just sold my house and bought a Cabin and had lots of extra money. The following year we moved to Susanville, just where we were meant to be.

I have had so much bad luck in my life it's ridicilus. But for every bad thing that happens to me some even better happens.
I know I have been put on this earth for greater things than money work and survival. Those are lifestyles of our ansestors, not for us highly intelligent
    enlightened beings we are becoming.
You might here someone say "Reach for the Stars"
I say reach for your greater self.
To be Devine is to know oneself.
