Not one to be left behind the times CarbonPoker's new Twitter page is celebrating its 200th follower with a special $200 Freeroll, exclusive to followers of the Carbon Twitter feed. The new Twitter update service allows users to keep up to date with the latest CarbonPoker news, promotions and table action, plus we will also be running ongoing Twitter Freerolls.

For players who aren't yet following the CarbonPoker twitter feed feel free to join the party, we're located at Carbon Poker (carbonpoker) on Twitter. For all of our valued players living in the stone age and are confused by all our tweeting about twitter, to enlighten you - its a service that allows anyone to keep up to date with pretty much anything just by following a feed.

In order to be eligible for Carbon's $200 Freeroll and any future Twitter promotions, simply sign up and follow the CarbonPoker feed. In order to receive the entry coupon for these Freerolls we will need to check that you have a twitter account and are indeed following CarbonPoker. This means you will need to submit your twitter username and password which we will use to verify your twitter account and then credit your poker account with an entry coupon to the freeroll!

Below you will see a verify your twitter account box, all you need to do is enter your twitter account name, if you unsure of this it will be YourUsername (YourUsername) on Twitter.

After entering your username your twitter account will be sent a private message with an activation code. This activation code must be entered into the box, which you will notice has now changed to accept you activation code. Upon entering your activation code you will be sent a coupon for the freeroll!

The way I did it was

1. Make an account on twitter
2. Make sure your phone number is on there
3. Add Carbon on twitter
4. Open up carbon go to player admin look for on the side under current promotions [TWITTER FREEROLL]
5. Scroll down in the middle of the page. Put your TWITTER USERNAME [press send] you get a message and you reply back with hi and you get a confirmation code
6 Now where you just put your TWITTER USERNAME it will than ask for the confirmation code put it in that same box
7. and 5 minutes later they give you a coupon automatically if your logged in it will says congrats you have a coupon for the freeroll.

i find it so difficult to win from the twitter freeroll , now there are just too many players just like in an ordinary freeroll but what makes it more difficult is most of the players are sit outs and they just pop in and just go all in with any hand and you having a good respectable hand calls the all in and they beat you....LOL

I have been following the carbon twitter for awhile cashed in a couple of times, but never made final table. It is easy to place aslong as u avoid getting in hds with all the donks.

It runs every Sunday, and if it gets more than 1000 people they will raise the pot to $500.

I was chatting with a brasilian yestarday and he said there was a 1k freeroll everyday on carbon last year, that it would not get more than 500-600 people max.. and once a week they had a 5k freeroll, and once a month a 10k freerool... can u imagine... I can imagine... He said he won 10k in one year only on these freeroll... thats crazy.. I cant belive it..... I wish we had those still...

I have this fear of joining twitter,facebook,and other sites like that.My daughter used to go to all them sites and got so many viruses on my computer that I just dont want to take the chance.But I hear alot of things on twitter even local news channels. anyone ever had any trouble or do you think its safe?

off course it is safe...
I guess that was not on twitter u got all those virus..
Dont click where u are not 100% of what it is...
And all will be fine.. also use a good antivirus and a good anti spyware..
I like using AVIRA FREE ANTIVIR WITH SPYBOT...
have a try....
