    I think that all those redish spices must be very health.
    I JUST LOVE those red small spice balls that are eatable, the ones u can eat straight away with no hottnes problem.

    I don't think so Eejit.... he say's methabolic not to be confused with mitabolic syndrome. I'm not exactly sure what he is talking about. lol I think he should elaborate on this one.

    Today I meet this guy that plays proffesional poker.
    At least he won lots of money and where just going for Minas Finals for the qualification of the WSP 2009, I was very glad for him.

    The only methabolic spicy i use mostly is tabasco, but i dont think it does much for me brains. However if we are talking in some kinda scripted code on here, I have had methabolic spicy on me brains lots of times when i was a bit younger, before my kiddo came along.
