    You are definetly too tired.
Get some rest and right back at it.
Maybe only 6 hours a day for a while instead of 10.
See ya tomorrow when your rested

Even playing awesome poker day in day out you wont make that many Final Tables, me and NDN can vouch for that! Getting screwed late always happens.

As for coming outside the top 2, its one of two things. Your either waay too tight and blinding down when you should be maintaining your stack with sensible squeezes and races and whatever. Or your too loose and donking it off 5 handed with K8 and that kinda stuff.

Yes, normaly u have to play much more agrecive at those finals. And luck to have something otherwise you will be beat.
If u are in third place, think only for the first, never second, iven if u have to go all in to get there.

I have to disagree with you navuta.
When I get on a final table I focus on getting into the money or top 5 if your in the money already. Most smaller tourneys I play pay top 3-5 places.
Once I am in the money I focus on getting in the top 2 Heads Up.
At any cost! Once I am heads up, it doesn't matter really if I am down
10-1, a few double ups and I am even. Time and time again I see the short stack win HU. I also like to let the big stacks do all the work for me on the final table.

I think you should evaluate your hand histories during the final table.

Just compare them and see if you notice any changes between them. Then look at the hands before the final table and compare those differences.

I think both stamina and luck have influences at the final table. Luck is going to take more of a role because there are fewer people with higher blinds which makes people want to get their money in.

You could also post some hands to let us give you our feedback.

Nice perspective, I also dont agree with myself saying you have to go all in.
And is true that when HU on the final hands, most of the times wins the one who has better estrategy and tightness. Normaly I dont fell very confortable on HU, but when im on second place I fell relaxed and if I had pacience I win.
    lol...

    thanks for all the replys......

ok in one tourney (chipstar) i was in the top ten the whole tourney....then when we made the money and the bubble spot i played one hand in about 125 hands and that was pocket jacks......i was not getting any kind of a hand....i was happy to make 250 for free!!!!

another one we were in the final three all same size stack and I had Aq d and i rasied and this guy reraised me alitte....flop came A 7 2....i raised and he pushed on me....well he had AK, i think that is bad luck...

another one i was sitting in thrid and i made a play with K9 suited and flop two of my suite......well i lost about a thrid of my stack that hand...then i had no table crediblty so that hurt me....i ended up pushing with 1010 and lost....

the other two i was just getting blinded out!!!! no hands really and its shove all in by other people that have a half of my stack so i cant really call...

about the 6 hours a day instead of ten....all of these trouney were on differnet days....i dont think that has a factor.....

the good news is i am going on vac. to the outer banks for a week and i got some poker books....so i will be chillin on the beach reading about poker....

thanks guys for help see you at the tables
