Every day i here i dont play like this live by a player when he or she gets called out for poor play of certin cards and get lucky and rewareded for poor play.I play the same live but slightly difrent online because online has huge asortmant of new and advanced players so i play slightly more agrresive than i do live to keep up with faster online pace but i was woundering how many of you guys play way difrent online than live?????????????????

I play more hands live, as the structure is so different. You start fine, but after 1 hour or 2 hours your down to 15BBs, so you have to get moving.

You see alot less hands per hour, you cant mulittable, so i just chat to everyone.

I still play premium hands only, like i currently do online (imo im way to tight), but you do need more luck in small live games, as the structure is just so impossible to play like you do online.

You go from 60-100 hands per hour, way down to about 10-25

i agree with eejit, live tourneys are pretty fast paced...as for online, I recently started to play "by the book" for the early stages of the tourney, midway i open up regardless of my chip stack because most people tend to tighten up when they get a decent stack to try to coast to the final table...occasionally you will get a hyper-aggressive person at your table, and you just have to play around them...as far as bubble play, i'm pretty wild in live and cash games...i raise alot, especially if i have a pretty big stack, bubble play is one of the most difficult things to master because you have to avoid monster hands, and really know when your probably beat...the thing i try to do with bubble play is add about 15-25% to my stack and chip utility before the final table...as far as the final table goes, i sit back and wait for big hands, and i call alot of all ins from the short stacks if i have any two face cards/PP higher than 6...

I play extremely differnt in live poker then online....I can make some extra moves in live games b/c i can see my opp. and i can tell if he is strong, weak or drawing!!!! i cant do that for online.... online i have to look at the betting pattern and see if anything changes!!! live is a lot better and i am more profitable in live then online!!!!
