zachary: yes i have seen it here before in 100 point cash out

Thanks for the post.

It's unfortunate that you weren't able to get any credit for your loyalty points.

At least the operator was polite and honest during the conversation. I am sure if it were up to him he would have given you a "bonus" but like it he said, that type of thing is really up to the management.

If you'd like to try further, you could always ask for the managers contact information and then write to them to see if they can do anything for you.

Its not really the bonus I am concerned about its the fact that they are not honoring any type of bonus. What about all the ones who just signed on and are not going to be able to get their depostit bonuses or the ones w/ 999 loyalty points. ? thats all and yes he was very polite...

The Palace Group has a great reputation. It seems as though it is their belief that giving any credit for loyalty points would prevent them from operating within the law.

However,
When the day comes that they will be able to accept U.S. players again, I am sure they will do everything they can to take care of those people who's accounts they were forced to lock.
