I received 14 of my 14.66 balance, so yah, they stand to make a nice chunk of change from the cents. They aren't using the round up or down like you do with taxes. Just keep the over and be done with it, in all actuality even sending anything is a stand up thing to do, as we have no recourse to collect from them. At least they used neteller and aren't giving the check is in the mail routine.
