It really depends how busy NDN is, but my experience has been it's usually faster than seven days. He just asks for that much time to make sure he can give you the best service possible. I wouldn't expect it to take any longer than that. Also make sure you're a member for 30 days before you try to purchase items from the store other than passwords for buy-in tournaments through the site!
