I admit, i do have an addiction, but not to what you would think. Its UFC. or the ultimate fighting championship for those of you who dont already know. It is mixed martial arts hand to hand combat in a octagon shaped cage with just barely padded gloves a couple crazy dudes just dying to bash in each others facing. what could be better than that?

UFC has gotten huge over the past few years, with giant events going on the very best locations and hosting venues in las vegas. I have followed the UFC since the early glory days, when they brawled bare knuckled in atournament style shoot-out, sometimes one man having to fight 4-5 times the same night. Ken shamrock royce gracie and tank abbott were the top fighters then, bloodied modern day gladiators, standing over thier falling prey, blood dripping from the tips of thier nose, a look of wild vengeance gleaming in thier eyes.

Now and days, there are a lot of top fighters such as bj penn, chuck liddel, kieth jardin, forrest griffin, sugar rashad evans are just a few of the names ive come to know and love. Sports betting has also become wildly popular, with many wagers being placed on these fights. I personally have yet to place a bet on a fight, but do intend to do so, as soon as i find out if it is legal to do so in the USA online. THere are some great fights coming up in the future and i will keep everyone posted on who is who, who lost or won what and who i think will be a great fighter to wager on. For instance there is a fight coming up on saturday july 11th between two long time rivals. Frank mir defended his heavy title against Brock lesnar, by putting lesnar in a quick ankle lock when lesnar was still new to the octagon. Since then Brock lesnar has demolished anyone and everyone that has had the balls to step foot in the ring with him. Frank mir eventually lost his title, which since then Brock lenar has claimed. Now on july 11th, frank mir and brock lesnar have a grudge match and i will tell you guys this and im dead serious. frank mir is gonna be very lucky if he makes it out of the octagon alive. Brock Lesnar is stronger way stronger meaner, smarter, and alot more experienced in the octagon now, and a ***** ankle lock is not gonna work. Frank Mir is gonna get the sh!t kicked outta him, he is gonna be bloodied beaten and broken come july 11th and if you guys dont put your money on brock lesnar dont say i didnt tell you so. If and when i get the money my wager is with brock the rock.
