Unlawful Internet Gamblign Enforcement Act

Hello everyone,

Many of you are aware of the recent Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act that the U.S. Senate passed recently. I thought it was important to let everyone know that this does not make playing at online poker rooms or casinos illegal for U.S. players.

The act is a way to attempt to stop the funding of your online accounts through credit card companies, U.S. banks, and Internet payment systems.

Since this was passed very quickly with little notice, many of the various online poker rooms and casinos are in the process of deciding how they will react in regards to their U.S. customers.
