casino computer clutter control

I need some advise on how to orgainize and manage the casino accts. My desktop is starting to look like a da-gone patch work quilt! It is embarrassing when my kids (grown [and I use the term loosely] and their friends make fun of me. But how do you keep track of rewards and if I am ever so lucky to have a positive balance for more than a day or 2 , especially in more than 1 , I would have to put a sign up.

Also, any advice for organizing email folders?

create a folder on your decktop named "casinos" or "poker" or something.
then in that file create a notbook entry, with your passwords and when you have finished, put the balance you have on that account next to it. And for emails, depending on who you are with, you can create folders for stuff. I have one for passwords, and one for bonus details.
