I loved and remember my 4th grade teacher @ Our Lady of Guadalupe,
Mrs. Fredrickson. Why? Because she wasn't a nun and she didn't
whack my fingers or swat me with a paddle, like 5th and 6th grade
teachers did.

well i had a great teacher mr jackovina. he was a great scince teacher that i had in high school. he did alot of field trips to explore nature and biology of animals. the funny thing is when i moved into my house like 8 years ago low and behold who is my neighbor. it mr jackovina. i couldnt believe and neither could he. wow what a small world. teachers were great to me through out the years but he took the cake.
That's really awesome that you have him as a neighbor now and you're still that close! Being at TU is better than a lot of other places but the one thing I miss about high school is the relationships between students and teachers, especially at my school. It was so nice to have teachers actually care about their students as people.
My most memorable teacher was my first grade teacher many many years ago, I loved her. Her name was Mrs. Lemonoff. She was pretty and so soft spoken and genuinely kind.
