I PLAYED AT CLUB PLAYER ON A FREE CHIP WON $300, i ASK LIVE HELP (LOU) WHAT THE PLAY THROUGH WAS AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE PLAYTHROUGH WAS MET AND THAT I COULD CASH OUT 30X10. WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT HISTORY IT WAS APPROVED IN 2 WAYS $30 MANUAL BY NETELLER AND THE $270 WAS ALSO APPROVED..........WHEN I GOT PAYED IT WAS ONLY THE $30, SO WHEN I CALLLED NO ANSWER CONTACTED LIVE SUPPORT AND GOT (LOU) AGAIN, SHE SAID SHE NEVER HAD THIS CONVERSATION WITH ME AND THAT I WAS ONLY ENTITLED TO THE $30................THEN SHE WAS SO RUDE THAT I WILL NEVER DEPOSIT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE RULES BUT THEY DON'T HAVE TO CALL THEIR COSTUMERS LIARS, I HAVE THE PRINTED CONVERSATION...............THAT SHE SAID IT WAS OK FOR ME TO CASH THE $300! BUT ANYWAY MY POINT IS BECAREFUL HERE.

i know im not a mod, but standard RTG casino rules are that only 1x Free Chip value is able to be cashed out. I won $2300 from a Prism $25 chip once, and clicked cashout, knowing i could only withdraw $50 of it, as that chip had a 2x max cashout. The approved all of it, gave me $50, and the $2250 extra went somewhere else.

I just dont want you to get your hopes up, thats all.

I understand the rules but it was approved and then it wasn't that is what I really don't understand and why they have to be so rude, I have the printed conversation where they told me that it was 30x10 and then the girl in live support said she never had the conversation with me, so if they have to be rude and down right lie but say I am the one lying then ...no mor money from me.............but Thank You anyway I just don't think I want to deal with this casino anymore, and besides it seems like you can only win with a free chip.
