But I have been crying all day.
My good friend was found dead today from
an O.D. on a mixture of painkillers. He was 49
and just welcomed his first grand baby 2 months ago.
I will miss Sam, I loved that man.
Everyone should take a moment and reflect on their lives
and take every precaution that this does not happen to
you or a loved one.

The small humor of the day was that I got the
call right before I took a blood pressure test
for my life insurance exam. They took it 3 times
and wrote down 152 over 94. I'm told that's abit
high! NO KIDDING
