Casino suggestion for NDN

I've noticed you've gotten a lot of complaints lately about the casino crashing and people losing their money, and asking you to fix it. And you've been very polite in explaining that there's really nothing you can do about these crashes, and playing at the casino is at a player's own risk. I was just wondering if, hopefully to save you the hassle of continuing to reply to these concerns, it would be possible to put a disclaimer with this information on the main casino page. I know that information is stated over and over in this section, but for those who don't really read the forums, it might be helpful. I don't know if it's possible to do this though, given that you say the casino isn't something you've entirely designed. Is this possible? Just an idea for you, NDN! Thanks for everything you do!

It's a good idea and it is possible, but I don't think it would minimize the amount of posts we see in the forum about casino errors.

I've considered closing the casino, but it seems like the majority of the members want the casino available to them so I decided to leave it up.

If anyone has a problem with it, the simple solution is to have me block your access to the casino.

So, perhaps I should block the access to the casino for those members who are posting about consistent errors. That way they aren't losing chips and everyone is happy!

to me it seems that it happens and u have always said play at your own risk. well it happened a few times to me the other night but at least it idint happen to me when i played my last hand at black jack. i bet 1k and hit 20 and dealer busts. that was great. dont close it ndn. we all know what happens.

I agree- sometimes I think people just like to complain and then when a solution is offered, they refuse it anyway. This isn't aimed at anyone here, just a general comment. Even if a disclaimer lessens the complaints a little bit though, it might be worth it... And I've noticed you always offer to remove casino privileges for those people who are having trouble, which is kind of you to do. I guess that's your only option if you continue to get complaints from the same users.

I think we are all adults and make our own decisions. I don't think you should close the casino based on that statement. We have a choice to play or not. Just like at a real casino, I have had good times and bad. I like the variety of entertainment you offer your members. Keep up the work. ps....you can ban yourself from real casinos too.

play at your own risk, don't close it big guy.I am probally still the biggest loser and i have no probs with it.I will be back up and going in a couple weeks, and I love the casino even if it doesn't love me.Have fun and be safe guys.
