Getting to Know You

I thought I'd post this short and simple survey as a way for everyone on NDN to get to know each other a little better (and also to procrastinate, lol.) I'll fill it out first with my answers- respond with yours if you feel like it, don't if you don't, I'll leave it up to you! But here goes!

A - Age: 23

B - Bed size: Full/Double

C - Chore you hate: dishes

D - Dog's name: I don't have a dog anymore, and don't plan on getting another one!

E - Essential start your day item: getting online and checking email/websites for updates

F - Favorite color: Blue

G - Gold or Silver: Gold for engagement/wedding jewelry, silver for most other purposes.

H - Height: Really really short! Ask me if you really are curious. Believe me, it's shorter than you think!

I - Instruments you play(ed): I used to play piano, and I've played some guitar.

J - Job: none at the moment aside from student, although I've been a Latin tutor for several people in the past, and am hopefully getting an office job in the campus recreation center over the summer.

K - Kid(s): None right now, but I'd like at least two a couple years after marriage.

L - Living arrangements: on-campus apartment

M - Mom's name: Dana

N - Nicknames: Everyone calls me Tay, klinkman and I call each other Honey.

O - Overnight hospital stay other than birth: I've had several, but none related to my most recent injuries/surgeries.

P - Pet Peeve: I have a few, but one of the main ones is passive-aggressiveness. Also stupid people who don't stop to think about how their actions/lack of actions might affect others.

Q - Quote from a movie: First one I thought of: "This is true love. Do you think this happens every day?"

R - Right or left handed: I am not left handed. (Bonus movie quote!)

S - Siblings: I'm an only child!

T - Time you wake up: Three days a week I wake up at 7 or 7:30 in the morning, the rest of the time I wake up either when klinkman needs to get up or when we feel like it.

U- Underwear: semper ubi sub ubi!

V - Vegetable (s) you dislike: TOMATOES! Can't stand the things. This includes ketchup. Strangely, I do like tomato soup. It tastes much less tomato-ey and more milky and smooth, especially if eaten with a grilled cheese sammich.

W - Ways you run late: sleeping late, not feeling like I want to move, rainy weather

X - X-rays you’ve had: way too many to list here/remember. Basically I can't think of any part of my body that hasn't been x-rayed at some point.

Y - Yummy food you make: Pie!

Z - Zoo favorite: I like polar bears, but really anything that's stereotypically cute and fuzzy. If we had pandas at our local zoo, I'd say those.

I have had x-rays on my lungs many times as I have asthma and I have had pneumonia several times. I cracked a rib once coughing. I broke my wrist once. I have had mammy o grams not sure on spelling. And when I was 12 I had some medical issues that required x-rays when they put dye in your veins (if you are familiar with that procedure) any way I have had x-rays many times.

S - Siblings: 11 kids in my family (10 with the same mother/4 from my dad and 6 from another man who is Mexican + 1 step brother) Breaks down to 6 boys and 5 girls.

W - Ways you run late: playing on my computer

X - X-rays you’ve had: wrist, knee, elbow, chest, and breasts
