i got all the chips to work and didnt have any problems with the software thank you very much
It was the first time I had trouble with RTG could be a error when I down loaded . Thanks for taking the time to answer .
Update:
I got my winnings up to the max of $100 cashout, and all my paperwork has cleared so I am hopeful that I will be able to cash out...
I have been trying to cash out but they don't accept many options for US players... I had to create an eWalletXpress account just so I can cash out. Now I am waiting for my bank to clear on that new account so I can actually withdraw from the casino into eWalletXpress.
