    Cool Favorite Tv Show

So I'm going to list some shows because I think what someones favorite is says alot about that person.

I hope not to list too many but you'll be able to vote on more than one so that's cool.

My favorites shows are listed in the poll as well and you are more than welcome to guess what they are

I really don't watch much TV honestly. When I do it's either Cash Cab, poker, Family Feud, The Price Is Right, PBA bowling, or horseracing with klinkman. Sometimes the news or a good movie if it's on. I did however used to watch The Wonder Years and can't wait until it's out on DVD.

The wonder years is an oldie but a goodie!

I can't believe you don't watch much tv though.

Honestly I watch the majority of the above using Netflix instant watch on my laptop, but some of those shows you should check out.

They are definitely worth the watch.

    Especially Lie To Me.

You can check that one out on Hulu for sure.

I also loved Saved by the Bell, and Saved by the Bell; The College Years growing up.

Here is the best (and only) way to watch Cash Cab (one of my favorite shows):

    What you'll need:
    1. Money (Ones work best)
    2. At least two people
    3. A Dvr (So you can pause the show)
    4. Someone who has good "remote ability" to pause the show at precisely the right time.
    5. Paper & Pen (or pencil if you're living in the 1970's - if this is the case at least make sure it's a #2)

    How to watch/play Cash Cab:
    1. Gather the players in front of the TV (but far enough apart so they can't see each others paper).
    2. Have each player put $1 in the pot (more if you're a high roller) to start the game.
    3. After he reads the first question, pause the show before any of the "real" contestants are able to give an answer.
    4. Have each person write down what they think is the correct answer.
    5. Start the show again and get the correct answer from the driver.
    6. If everyone playing got the question wrong, add $1 each to the pot and continue on to the next question.
    7. If they all got it right, add $1 each to the pot and continue on to the next question.
    8. If one player got it wrong and one player got it right (in a 2-player game) the winner takes the pot. Everyone then adds $1 to create a new pot and continue the game.
    9. If more than one person got it right and at least one person got it wrong, the winners split the pot (this is for a 3+ player game). Everyone then adds $1 to the pot and continues the game.

    Red Light Challenge:
This is a separate pot from the main game. Anytime a "Red Light Challenge" comes up, pause the show, add $2/player to a new pot (not part of the main game's pot), listen to the question, and then pause it and have everyone write down their answers. In order for a player to win this pot, they must get the same number of answers correct that the "real" contestants are required to (usually 4 out of 5 or 6 out of .

A friend and I created this game a while back - It's the best game ever!!!

    Forgot to mention this:

If the person in charge of the remote screws up (meaning they don't pause it in time and you hear the "real" contestants give an answer) you are allowed to hit that person (or at least verbally assault them).

Is it really possible to gamble too much?

Well in my case and the NDN Casino that would be a yes.

I'm guessing this game is like a mix of Family Feud and Deal or No Deal?

    Am I close at all?

I have honestly never even heard of this show before.

    Is it a game show?

I assume it is because of that huge comment.

But I don't exactly understand it because I don't watch the show I guess.

Is this show available on instant watch on Netflix?

Ok I do nothing but watch TV and never heard of this show and I have DIRECTV which has like 350 channels. But I will look to see if I can find it the show sounds like fun to watch. And as for the poll I watch three of the shows. If you want to know what they are you can check the poll to see the answers.

Cash Cab, hosted by Ben Bailey and on the Discovery Channel, is a TV game show that occurs in the taxi van driven by Bailey.

How it works is the contestants are given trivia questions throughout the cab ride to earn money (in lieu of paying a cab fare) all the way to their destination. Along the way, the questions get harder, but as they do you can earn more money per question (they usually go $25, $50, $100, and if there's time $200 a piece).

The catch is, if you get three questions wrong (strikes), then Ben has to pull over and kick you out wherever you are, and you lose all your money. To help you out, you can either do one mobile "shout-out" where you can call a friend for the answer, or you can do a street shout-out where he'll pull over and you can try to ask bystanders if anyone knows the answer to the question.

Also, if you have at least $250 and you get stuck at a red light, that will trigger a "Red Light Challenge" where the host will ask you a question with multiple answers, and you must get all parts of the question right in order to win the money. If you do, it's worth an extra $250 to you. If you get it wrong you won't get a strike for it or anything, it just won't earn you extra money.

At the end of your ride, Ben offers you a choice. You can take the money you've earned and walk away, or you can risk everything and go "double or nothing" on a Video Bonus question. How that works is he'll show you a video clip and then ask you one question about that clip. If you get it right, he'll double your winnings, but if you get it wrong, you lose all your money and all you walk away with is a free cab ride (which is still not bad for New York!)

It's one of klinkman and my favorite game shows, and it's really fun to compete with each other on the answers, especially since we seem to share a brain much of the time.

OMFG! The office is so overdone in my opinion.

The UK Version is most definitely better in my opinion.

Maybe I just like the british accent after all.

I had to mark none even though I do like a couple of the shows listed. There are three shows I really like, but I can't say I like one better than the other. They are Everybody Loves Raymond, My Name is Earl, and King of the Hill. All three make me LMAO.

Your last statement is pretty much true. Game shows and Whose Line Is It Anyway as well. British humor ftw!

I had to put none because I don't watch much TV at all. You see where I live there is no cable but they keep saying "soon" I have watched TV and when I did I liked Little House on the Prairie, and the Waltons. No TV and it sucks for bout 8 yrs now. I watch a movie occasionally. My internet is dial up (no cable) so no movies or TV here it would take a month to download and 2 months to stream so...... No TV. I mean we don't even get the snow channel.

There is a snow tv channel? Like for real. Wow's. I live in Texas so it's just hott. That's the weather so we don't really need a channel for it. lmfao.

Lol, What I mean when I say the snow channel is the blurry fuzzy like screen that comes on when you have no cable.

My oldest daughter lives in Texas but where she lives it does snow. At least it did this winter.
She has only lived there for a few of years. I want her to come home.
