yea I have been playing seriously for Id say 2 years now, I know I'am good enough to beat 1/2 NL and 2/4 NL but I dont have 2k to 4k to put on at once to be correctly bankrolled for this level. I also seem to play very emotional when I take a cruel beat or something which is something I need to control better.

usually what happens is I take a beat either bad or unlucky like hitting full house to better full house and I go on a rampage. Then when the smoke clears I realize I just donked off my bankroll, then I sit there looking in mirror going "why did I do that?"

I honeslty dont get mad anymore what people run because honestly I dont think there is a set of cards you should or shouldnt run. I think everything is situational, I mean I will run a 9-7 if I fell the situation calls for it. I mean if 5 people limp into the pot I think gapped suited connectors are great hands to have.

what pisses me off is getting a killer hand and having it beat by just a little bit better hand, like having JT and losing on a board of AT8JT to sommeone holding AT. That sends me off on massive tilt where I start making stupid calls, what I need to do is learn to sit out and go walk around or something.

In tourneys I dont really get mad anymore what people run because honestly I have enough patience to just brush it off and continue grinding the chips. What makes me mad in tourneys is people that just play there hands terrible, take this for instance. Was in tourney other night and guy limped from EP and I figured him weak so I raised 1/4 of his stack to see if he was limping weak or actully had hand. He made the call and at that point knew he was weak. Flop comes down 2 suited and rags so put him all in and he shows Ax suited with flush draw. I was confused as hell at this, why he would call 1/4 his stack preflop instead of pushing all in or folding to my preflop raise.

I asked him what he would of done if he missed? fold? because he was already way below average with a very very weak hand. Told him that was either a push of fold to my re-raise. People missplay their hands everyday and guess its up to us to take advantage of them.....wow that was long winded.
