you should not have a problem, the only other thing i can say is to make sure it is international prepaid card

ok dallas sounds good i will double check if not i knwo i can use them on stars

just not sure if i can use them on carbon

I would use Netspend 100%. They are the best and they spend like anything on all sites. Just not for pokerstars. It's hard to get money on pokerstars actually.
