The only thing that I find suspect is your call on the raise on the turn. I don't understand his call preflop, but I'm finding that more and more online. The flop call isn't that bad, he had top pair and an average kicker. If he puts you on AK or AQ then his call is right on, but we don't know what he puts you on. Now, on the turn the T hits, you lead out again. I think that is a good bet, but calling his all in doesn't make much sense. He's told you by calling the flop that I got a part of that and you need to start to consider what hands he could have. It's possible he has a set and you are hammered, or he could have a variety of Jx hands. His raise on the turn tells me that he has hit even more of that board. Having only played 3 hands, neither of you had a "true" read on your opponent, so you have to basically play the cards against the board. I think his bet on the turn was a "I've hit it hard, go away bet." If you could make the fold it would be a big one, but it's gonna be a hard fold. Not sure I could make that fold and I'm tighter than most.
