well my buddy is a fitness guru and he says eat 7 small meals( like a banana or a apple for one) a day to keep the pounds down. as for losing it it can be hard but u need to work out or run to shed the calories. i do the 7 small meals when i can and i dont gain a pound. im a trim 6'2 220lbs. lol i shoulda played football more as a kid. i coulda been a nfl wide reciever. lol
