    Default New plan

    I just hopped on the scale today for the first time in 2 months
    and I now have a new plan.
    LOSE 15 POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS
    I have till May 9th to get fit for a life insurance exam,
    including bood and urine testing.
    I haven't seen a doctor in forever (once in last 20 years)
    and don't know what they might find.
    I don't really care what they find because I won't get it fixed.
    I will die on my horse.
    The least I can do is try to get fit before the exam, to keep my premiums down.
    As for as toking is concerned, I am not quitting, I will tell the truth
    that I smoke every evening. I am not ashamed of it and been
    doing it for 30+ years. I don't believe they test for cannabis
    anyway because of it's awesome medicinal qualities. But if they do,
    I can't wait for the results. What is the law now to get a job in America,
    less than 50 Nanograms per Milliliter (ng/ml) of metabolites is OK. It use to be 100 Ng, but it was too easy to dilute. (4 asprin was all you needed) So by societies own standards, it is OK to use marijuana, just not too much.
    I love the fact that there is a huge dialog going on in our country about
    it right now. And, Michael Phelps on a bong is classic. Too funny, how he and the media down played it, like it was only a one time mistake. WRONG
    If he was using a bong, then he is a stoner. First timers don't use a bong,
    they would be gacking a lung cookie. The thing to wrap your head around is this: the baby boomers are taking over the country from the Old Fat Cats and they love their pot. Who can possibly stand up to the greatest collective
    conciousness this world will ever see.

    Ok.....

    I lost 3 stone in 3 months last year, so heres my tips!!!

    1 - Miss breakfast. As much as ppl say you need to eat 3 meals a day, DONT.

    2 - Get stressed alot.

    3 - DONT QUIT SMOKING. Smoke more, it stops the appetite.

    4 - If possible, split up your with your girlfriend. That worked for me!

    5 - Dont snack.

    6 - Eat 5 bananas a day. Makes your... numbers 2's more complete.... So ive heard.

    3. I don't smoke, I toke ( hence, the munchies )

    4. I am happily married to my best friend

    5. Favorite snack chips and fire hot salsa

    6. I am so regular on the throne (within 30 min of waking up everyday)

    3 stone? what is that like 40 pounds?

    I am going for the best diet in the world.

    Just walk alot, all i do is walk. Walk to work - 2miles. Walk home from work - 2 miles (obviously). Walk at work, im on my feet all day, i calculated on a saturday i walk about 12 miles minimum.

    First of all losing 15 pounds in only two weeks in way unhealthy. They say you should be able to lose 2 pounds a week so the healthy rate would be to lost 8 pounds a month so to the lose the 15 it would take about two months.

    I'm just trying to offer healthy productive advice.

    well my buddy is a fitness guru and he says eat 7 small meals( like a banana or a apple for one) a day to keep the pounds down. as for losing it it can be hard but u need to work out or run to shed the calories. i do the 7 small meals when i can and i dont gain a pound. im a trim 6'2 220lbs. lol i shoulda played football more as a kid. i coulda been a nfl wide reciever. lol

    I am not one for fad diets etc but if you want to really lose that much that quick then go one the cabbage soup diet. I did it and I lost a pound a day. After doing it I started to eat better and kept the weight off. My buddy did it and she lost 20lbs in two weeks but she was more overweight then what I was.

    Had chicken rice soup only for dinner and
    OJ and breakfast burrito for breakfast today.
    I am down 5 lbs in 5 days so far
    I weigh in the morning
