Ok.....

I lost 3 stone in 3 months last year, so heres my tips!!!

1 - Miss breakfast. As much as ppl say you need to eat 3 meals a day, DONT.

2 - Get stressed alot.

3 - DONT QUIT SMOKING. Smoke more, it stops the appetite.

4 - If possible, split up your with your girlfriend. That worked for me!

5 - Dont snack.

6 - Eat 5 bananas a day. Makes your... numbers 2's more complete.... So ive heard.



Thats about all i know
