Secondly some maths, just cos i love it.
This planet is 20.5 light years away
A light year is 6 trillion miles.
Therefore, this planet is 123 trillion miles.
So, as im bored, lets say we want to drive there in our car.
This would take 200 MILLION years. Travelling at 70mph, which i figued is the speed limit in most of the world.
However, there is no speed limit in space...
So lets take a fast, pretty (to show the alien friends we make nice cars) and comfortable car..... i think this one - Aston Martin DB9 - Aston Martin - The Cars - DB9
(if that car pic didnt turn you on then you need shooting)
And say we drive it at the maximum speed possible, and one tank of gas gets us there...
If we left today, 2009ad.
We would arrive at precicely... some time in the afternoon, on July 16th, 73,902,513 AD.
So just a touch over 73 trillion years to get there.
Volunteers?
