Is this something women are doing now in addition to implants? I personally don't like implants myself anyway, but to have an insert on top of that just seems like way way too much. Yuck! From my limited experience with guys, they aren't *that* obsessed with boobs. As long as you're a woman and you have them, you're probably good to go!
