Log in chips

Right............

Because logging into a forum (which for me is clicking a link on the favourites tab in IE) takes about a split second every time, and is something you do when you come here anyway. With or without the chips system, you would log in. With or without the chips system you would post. Without the chips system, you would get absolutely F*** all for doing this.

With the chips system, you all get paid for nothing. I mean you can make enough for a chips poker game here in 30mins, you can earn $5 for typing. If i saved up my chips and didnt cash them in for a month, id be sure to be over 14,000.

And if we have say 5,000 members. Say 1,000 log in. Thats 25,000 chips. Which is $200. Thats alot to give away

If you are serious about wanting more than 25 chips for SIMPLY LOGGING IN.... please dont bother

I have a question for NDN though. What's with the fraction of a chip thing? I know those don't matter in the casino, but why are they there at all? If chips are awarded based basically on the length of our posts, I don't get it. Is there an explanation? Curiousity!

well all i got to say is that if u are active then u will get chips. log in chips are great but if u post the chips will come. the other great way to earn chips is to play in the chips buy in tourneys. u can earn as much as $25 by wininng one. like todays tourney there will be alot of chips to have with a 500 chips buyin plus the 4000 chips added. u shouldnt make login chips your sole provider of chips. u do get a good amount of chips when u start new threads. ndn ur doing a great job. for those of u who feel this isnt good enough name a nother forum that does more than what ndn does. i havent seen any.

Chips are awarded on a "per word" basis so it's important that we have the fraction of a chip field.

We actually always had it, I just have the option of hiding that field and I made that field visible when I changed how chips are awarded.

Are you kidding? That is way cool. I need chips.....I am determined to beat that 21 dealer at the NDN casino. ^_^ I don't think I get log in chips. My account is always logged in. So maybe it is because I don't have to log in and it is done automatically. While logging in and given the options I chose to stay logged in forever. Is this why I don't see log in chips? Hummm? Or do I get them and spend them before I know it?

lol....... It's so easy and so fun here I not only loose time without noticing and I loose my chips without noticing. When you reach my age you sometimes loose your mind without noticing. lol :O

Thanks NDN for your time put into our free fun. I absolutely love what you have done to the place. I have been a member here at NDN for a few years now. The first time I came here there was one or two pages that were of white background with a simple black font merely a typed list of no deposit bonuses being offered "for free" like every thing else you have offered to the entire world online. Free like the internet was "originally" supposed to be. Now look at it, A lot has changed, so much to do, and it is not boring. But mostly I have made friends here. Way cool!

I think the chip system is a great system. I used to be another member of a forum but it was so chaotic I quit because it just wasn't worth it to me anymore. And I'm going to log in anyways so It's great that there is a log in system including for the people that post on the forum regularly.

This is so organized and the rules are upfront so it's pretty easy to understand but ndn or one of the many are willing to explain almost anything. Just use the pm button and you'll get an answer.

Remember the pm button is much different than the pms button. lmfao.

I'm a girl and not offended, so it's okay for me to say that, lol.

WOW! I somehow missed the whole thing about earning chips when i signed up, this is VERY COOL!! I will be sure to stick my head in the door a bit moe frequently now that I am aware of this! This is a way cool site anyway, that's why I signed up in the first place. Then I got really busy working my *** off on line for someone who didn't appreciate it- apparently, as she well let's just say she let me down. So now I have more time on my hands- I think she really did me a favor. But you know- after she let me go she implimented all of my ideas- how much does that suck?
I didn't come in to complain, I came in to exclaime! Free chips !! WHOOOO-OOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bring it on!!

Not 25 chips for every post, but 25 chips for starting a new thread. Post value is dependent on the length of the post.

I'm also one for being in the community for the people and fellowship rather than the point system.

It's a nice benefit but NDN doesn't have to do that for us and it's awesome so I do not try to take the system for granted.

I never even notice how much one post is in chips anyways.

There is not a limit, however you should be sure to post original content. Content that is just copied and pasted from elsewhere on the internet, even if it is credited, will get you deducted chips from your account! All of us here have experienced this, and it's not fun, so don't get yourself in that spot! Also, spammy posts or posts that seem to be abusing the chip system will also get chips deducted from your account. So, in brief, keep your posts original and worth reading and responding, and you'll be fine!
