They have live support. For 5 years now I have had NO problems with it. You can fill it any place that has money grams for $3.95 up to $2000. It loads the deposit in about 20 minutes. Can be used as a debit and pay 85 cent fee or credit (for the amount you have in it) for free.

Pre-paid or reloadable cards are best for US players. I use Netspend and never had a problem.
