I do NOT recommend this casino be blacklisted! They claimed I received my welcome bonus when I DID NOT!
I registered a real account and had made 3 deposits aware that it would take 5-8 hrs to receive. I contacted live support several times within a 72-hr. period of not having received my bonus. Each time, I kept getting the same response: "Due to software upgrades, we are expriencing a huge back log in crediting accounts. We are working in fixing this s fast as we can. Please forgive the inconvenience. "
The fourth day I contacted live support inquiring on how long more it would take to receive my bonus. They said it was credited to my account the day after I registered, (ooooh I get mad just thinking about it!)!!!! :evil:
I argued with them for a few days and they were insistent that I received the bonus. They told me to check my Playchex report and it was NOT there. They still insisted they credited me, in which they had NOT!! I informed them I woud ensure they are blacklisted just for the simple fact that they NEVER argue with the customer, among many other things. They have horrible customer service, and are very unorganized for a Micro gaming establishment.



That is my story and I'm stickin' to it!!
