Palace of chance sucks. I have never been able to cash out there. I hit a random jackpot once, a few years ago, on a nodeposit bonus and they wouldn't pay me, because it was won on a free chip. I never went back. Good Luck!!!!

This is common practice with EVERY RTG. There is not a single RTG that will pay out a random jackpot if it was hit using a free chip.

In that scenario, the amount won is added back to the random jackpot after RTG verifies that it was won using a free chip.
