Can't play Cake Poker

I am not allowed to play at Cake Poker , because I am playing from Kentucky. All though I was with Cake poker when they first started several years ago. Dosen't seem right when I can play at most of the other sites. Dosen't seem right to me.

I got booted from Intertops this last summer after 14 years with
them and I live in California. They claimed out of the blue that I was
from NY and that I had to prove I was from California to be re-instated.
I did what they asked and it still took 3+ months to get back on.
I found out through my own investigation that my telephone company and
DSL provider has their billing office in NY. What crap!!
Since then I have been keeping my distance from them. They use to be
a great poker site but this last 2 years they have gone way down hill.
However, I did record my highest sit and go ROI there after 200 games
@ 43%. Cake I am only 21% but they pay the top 4 places at cake.
I like.
