Bad agents at good sites

i gotta say i dont recognize a lot of the casino's listed in this thread, except for a few prima sites. One problem i've had is bad support at sites ive done good at.
Absolute poker: aside from it's countless bugs, glitches, huge resource issues, and a host of other problems, I contunue to play here. It's mostly because there's always action going on in there, and i do snag a fair bit of money for them. I once played in a layered tourney there, whereby the top 10% move onto a final. THe header in the game lobby clearly said $800 to the top 3 spots. I placed 3rd, never got a cent, and was told it was up to the radio station sponsering the tourney to pay out. It was a weak attempt on their part, and i started a one man letter campaign to them, they said if i could find it in writing anywhere they would address the problem, I told them to bring up the lobby of the tourney, because that's where i read it, i nver heard from them again.
As huge as absolute poker is, i think theyde want to fix all the annoying problems in their soft ware,, inability to alphabetize theyre tourny player list while a game is in progress, you have to find all the games your playing if you get disconnected and have to log back in, wich is frequent, because of the huge resources required to run the thing, not to mention all the conflicts with other software runnning. I could whine more, but ill stop now

It's unfortuante you've had a time there in the past. I don't think I've ever had any problems at AP - Aside from the fact that I just can't seem to win there as often as I can everywhere else.

By any chance Wudegod - Do you know the name of the radio station that was "sponsoring" that event?
