    If you read my post it talk about re-usable bags and the fashion designers and what not.. that is the alternative. They do charge you for plastic bags in other cities.

    i read ur post and i seen the re usable bags. i talked about that in my post. where do they charge for plastic. ive never heard of that.

    - I don't know where they design paper bags..

    In Los Angeles they charge you for plastic bags.
